Big Louis' lamborghini was the answer. Joe found the keys and drove away. Such a nice exotic car would attract attention, so Joe ditched it the side of the road. His neighborhood was swarming with cops. Literally. At least five cops on each street. He had a silencer in his coat. Joe could stealthily take out each cop, start a fight with them (not the cleanest approach, or sneak into his house through the back.
